These expiry periods are in place to help you achieve the best health outcomes by encouraging a massage every 4-6 weeks

Once your package expires you forfeit the remaining massages on your package.

Extensions to expiry periods are permitted in circumstances involving extended leaves of absence due to travel or illness.

All requests for extensions should be made in writing to hello@movementremedies.com.au
No Shows

If you book an appointment under a package and fail to attend without reasonable excuse you will forfeit a massage under your package.
Health Fund
Rebates

Massages under a package are eligible for health fund rebates.

An invoice will be issued at the time of each appointment and can be claimed directly with your health fund.

Appointments cannot be claimed on the spot through HiCAPS.

Health funds do not accept bulk upfront payments, and so your rebate must be issued following each appointment.

Ask your therapist at the time of your appointment for a copy of your invoice.
Other conditions

All package sales are final.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind.

Packages are allocated to each clients personal file and as such cannot be transferred to other clients.

Massages under a package are not to be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
