Terms and Conditions - Studio Hire

Our studio is a shared space, and as such we appreciate the courtesy and care you take when hiring our space. 

Please read through our terms before making a booking. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@movementremedies.com.au

Workshops and Events

  • An invoice for your booking will be sent to your listed email address. Payments are to be finalised 7 days prior to your booking. 

  • No refunds for bookings cancelled within 7 days. 

  • You may be issued a key prior to your scheduled studio booking. If you misplace or lose this key, there is a $25 replacement fee.

  • For the duration of your booking, ensure front door is locked at all times while upstairs in the studio. Failure to do so is a security risk, and any items stolen or damaged as a result will be invoiced to you.

  • Any damage caused to the studio or to any equipment/resources will result in replacement fee invoiced to you.

  • Please respect the venue is a shared space and that noise should always be kept to a minimum, particularly downstairs near treatment rooms as there may be therapists treating at any time.

  • Ensure toilets are used in the correct manner. If you require more paper towel/soap/toilet paper it can be found in the storeroom adjacent to the bathroom on the first landing.

  • Please follow all signage in the space.

  • Ensure Tea/coffee station is left tidy and all mugs and spoons are to be washed. Sponge, dish washing liquid and tea towel will be available in the bathroom at the top of the stairs. This must be used.

  • When leaving please make sure all lights and heating/cooling have been turned off.

  • Make sure all windows are closed and locked.

  • Ensure you have locked the door when you leave and that everyone is out of the building.

  • Please ensure you leave the studio clean and pick up any rubbish. If you need to use a vacuum, it is located downstairs in our staff room.
